Günther R. Neukamp - Managing Director

Mr. Neukamp gained his many years of experience at international level as a senior manager and businessman in the areas of management consultancy, corporate finance, corporate investment management, management and language training, the packaging industry, the media, the service industry, and industrial commodities.
He has also been active as a trainer and consultant in the area of human resources development since 1996, focusing on sales performance management, leadership and negotiation techniques.

At BTSplus he heads the Business Development, Sales Performance Management and Corporate Development divisions.

Dr. Harald Grasser - Director

For many years Mr. Grasser was a successful consultant for international banks in the area of business clients. As a management and financial adviser, he consequently became a specialist in all areas concerning corporate finance.
He can also add extensive experience in export finance and promotion to his corporate finance “tool box”.
In Mr. Grasser, BTSplus has gained a highly respected specialist from the banking trade. He leads the Corporate Finance department.

Dr. Alexander Schoeller - Legal Adviser

Mr. Schoeller has been a partner in the Viennese law firm Jaksch Schoeller & Riel since 1998 and works as a lawyer in all areas of corporate, commercial and real estate law, as well as insolvency and company restructuring law. He has also held a number of positions as a supervisory board member, member of a board of trustees, liquidator and supervisor of companies in administration in Vienna and Lower Austria.
Jaksch Schoeller & Riel have a tradition lasting decades in insolvency and company restructuring law as well as representation and consultancy in the area of commercial law.

Dr. Gerhard Schusser - Tax Adviser

Mr. Schusser is a chartered public accountant and tax advisor in Vienna, specialising in providing advice for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs).
His expertise covers, amongst other things, tax advice, business consultancy, guidance on establishing a company and the preparation of annual statements.
Mr. Schusser’s consultancy style is characterised by a personal service, flexibility and rapid problem solving.
In addition to this, he also contributes to our consultancy service through his wealth of experience in corporate management.
